ATLANTA—March 11, 2009 — Anderson-Taylor, LLC(www.andersontaylor.com), a mobile and online application software services company, announced today the signing of an agreement with Conklin Intracom, Inc. to provide Conklin’s IPTV software, hardware and services effective immediately. Conklin Intracom will be a key partner in providing IPTV services to Anderson-Taylor clients in the continental US and many countries worldwide. This new agreement was fostered by two existing relationships that Anderson-Taylor brought to the table. Anderson-Taylor hopes to some day leverage their mobile video technology solutions so that Conklin Intracom will be able to provide mobile video or mobile IPTV services to its customers as well. Anderson-Taylor will offer the IPTV giant’s services to a subset of its partners’ distribution channel with a broader rollout planned for Q2 of 2009. The mobile phone is the next logical step for future generation’s video communications – and Anderson-Taylor will help bring companies there.
This Anderson-Taylor IPTV offering will enable its business partners the roadmap to mobile TV in the future. Next phases include mobile marketing suite where Anderson-Taylor provides the back end management portal for all marketing and advertising content. The new solution would incorporate a completely transparent layer where the consumer takes the option to be advertised to and will become a part of the systems inherent abilities to help find what they the consumer are looking for.

With the arrival of 3G networks, consumers are increasingly downloading
videos onto their phones. Analyst Firm ARC estimates the mobile online
video market generated a world- wide revenue of $5 billion in 2008 alone. In 2009,
mobile and broadband service providers are faced with increasing
pressure to provide dynamic, high-quality content to their sub- scribers over
multiple networks, and onto any device.
"As multimedia content becomes more widely available and the diversity of
devices continues to grow, traditional methods of delivery are no longer the
only way to offer content," said Michelle Abraham, principal analyst at
In-Stat. "Consumer demand for content with low latency and high quality will
drive service providers to find solutions that will easily offer quality
content to their subscribers over multiple networks and devices."
Until recently, most content service providers were unable to deliver
interactive, 2-way multi- media content to mobile phones and devices. The
process use to involve creation of custom code to support device clients
and high bandwidth networks such as 2.5G, 3G, WiFi or WiMAX, which is
not prevalent. In addition, real-time downloads are restrictive and resource
intensive. Content providers and enterprises who want to deliver mobile
video media require extensive human interaction and expensive capital
investment in servers and storage.
